• Process weekly payroll for all employees by using Daily Reports, leave requests, and other possible adjustments.
• Monitor employee’s attendance, leaves, tardiness, and absences.
• Set up each individual new hire with all the necessary forms, including direct deposit requests, wage verification, I-9 information, and W-4 reports.
• Answer questions regarding paychecks, withholding tax issues or wage adjustments from employees and help troubleshoot possible issues with pay.
• Assist in scheduling and interview job applicants.
• Apply for electrical permits and schedule inspections.
• Organize HR records and maintain strict employee confidentiality.
• Process employee requests and answer benefits questions.
• Ensures completion of benefits enrollment.
• Invoicing/Collections
• Answer phones and assist customers with inquires.
• Computer skills including QuickBooks, Word & Excel

H.S. diploma required, BS or BA desired.

Construction industry experience highly desirable.

Payroll experience is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
